The Boone County Conservation District works with landowners to implement best management practices geared towards addressing natural resource concerns while finding ways to make farming and land management easier, more sustainable, and more profitable . We help to administer cost-share programs that help eligible landowners put practices on the ground that will help make their lives easier, while improving adjacent lands, and those downstream especially.
