UCET is dedicated to promoting the sport of riding and care of horses at a collegiate level. UCET is a nationally competitive club sport, which competes within the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association. The team provides various volunteer, social and educational opportunities to members and the tri-state area.

Our goal is to promote, protect, educate and unify the Northern Kentucky horse community. The NKHN includes individual horse owners, businesses and non-profit organizations within the greater Northern Kentucky area. Created in cooperation with the UK Cooperative Extension Service, the NKHN's projects include:

  • Organizing seminars, clinics, trail rides, horse shows and other equine-related events
     
  • Protecting and expanding riding trails in our area
     
  • Volunteering training & field support for equine abuse and rescue operations
     
  • Assisting Northern Kentucky horse owners in becoming better horsemen
     
  • Creating a sense of community among horse owners in our region
